Björn has an investment banking background in M&A, and over the years he has served in positions as a board member in Hedge Funds and investment firms. Björn is also an Assistant Professor at Copenhagen Business School for Corporate Finance and Risk Management, and member of the Center for Corporate Governance at CBS.
