ISO 9001:2015 Foundation course
The purpose of the course is to provide participants with a basic knowledge of quality management systems and the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
About the course
This course is aimed broadly at employees who work with building, implementing and maintaining quality management systems based on the requirements of ISO 9001.
The course also provides the necessary basic knowledge for you to participate in the IRCA certified Lead Auditor course in quality management.
In this course you will learn about:
- The requirements of ISO 9001
- What are the requirements and how should they be interpreted?
- Quality principles and concepts:
- Plan-Do-Check-Act circles (PDCA)
- Commonly used quality management terms and definitions
- The 7 Quality Principles
- Process orientation applied in a quality management system
- The link between quality management and customer satisfaction
Target audience:
The course is aimed at employees with limited knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard and/or those who:
- Implement the requirements of the standard
- Must conduct internal audits of quality management systems
- Must participate in the maintenance of the company's quality management system
- Will attend IRCA certified Lead Auditor course in quality management
